When do I need to book a room?
You must book a room by December 31st. After that, the hotel block expires, so you will need to make your own accommodations.
What types of rooms are available?
Please visit the website for more information on the rooms available.
Deluxe: The master bedroom of Palazzo Squarcialupi is the largest and the most elegant of the Hotel. This is only one room so unlikely to be available.
Superior: Large, elegant, bright. The Superior rooms represent the flagship of Hotel Palazzo Squarcialupi.
Comfort: The Comfort rooms are spacious and bright, all equipped with the most modern comforts with a living area and a sleeping area.
Classic: Double rooms with possibility to separate the beds or to add the sofa bed for a third person.

How will I know the reservation is confirmed?
The hotel will respond to your email confirming your hotel room booking. If you do not hear back by December 27th, please reach out to us, so we can finalize the bookings prior to the expiration of the hotel block on January 1t.
How will I get to the venue?
We will provide to and from transportation for every event.
