When should I arrive?

The events begin in the evening of Thursday, June 19th and wrap up in the morning of Sunday, June 22nd. We recommend arriving in Italy Thursday morning latest.

Where should I fly in to?

We recommend flying in to Florence International Airport (FLR). 2025 is the Roman Catholic Church Jubilee, which will bring more visitors than normal to Italy. We recommend making your plans early if you plan to join us to avoid higher prices for flights.

How can I get from FLR to the venue?

We plan to schedule bus transportation from this airport at select times. You can also rent a car if you’d like! Renting a car will give you the most flexibility if you would like to explore Tuscany beyond what we have planned.

How do I know if I have plus one?

If you have been given a plus one, your RSVPs will be labeled as such.
